We aren’t your average “lifestyle” influencers. You won’t find our faces in front of a latte-art backdrop, and you definitely won’t find us “collaborating” with shops for a free bag of beans. We are Cup to Sac, and we’re here for one reason: to document the real, unfiltered state of independent coffee in Sacramento.

Sacramento’s coffee scene is exploding, but let’s be honest—not every $7 pour-over is worth the wait. We’re deeply local, slightly irreverent, and fiercely opinionated about what makes a shop great. Whether it’s a hidden gem in Oak Park or a high-concept roastery in Midtown, we tell it like it is.

Our Code of Conduct:

Total Anonymity: We visit every shop anonymously. No special treatment, no “media previews,” just the same experience you get.
We Pay Our Way: We pay for every shot, every pastry, and every bag of beans ourselves.
No Paid Praise: We accept zero payment for positive reviews. If a shop is great, we’ll shout it from the rooftops. If the espresso tastes like battery acid, you’ll hear about that, too.
